• The author agrees that HarperCollins may distribute the book through its network of retailers, platforms, and partners.

• HarperCollins is not liable for any loss, damages, or claims arising from the use of our services, except as required by law.
• We do not guarantee specific sales outcomes or success of any publication.

7. Privacy & Data

• HarperCollins collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
• Submitted materials and personal information will be treated with confidentiality.

8. Modifications

• HarperCollins reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
